Below are some of the most frequently asked questions related to shipping.

Obviosuly, we ship anywhere in Texas. But we also ship to anywhere within the United States, Mexico, Canada and Europe if needed.

It usually takes anywhere from 5 to 12 business days for a customer's order to be fulfilled and shipped. Most customers receive their order within a about 8 business days of placing an order. Currently, it may take a little longer due to delays from COVID-19.

Upon placing an order, you should recieve an email that will allow you to track your package as it is being delivered. If you have any additional concerns or questions, please reach out to us at support@texasapparel.co.

Returns and exchanges

Below are some common questions related to returns and exchanges. More information can be found on our Refund Policy page.

We have a standard 30-day return policy. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at support@texasapparel.co. Afterwards, we will send you a return shipping label (if you do not receive one with your order) along with additional instructions.
